>Job Summary

>• The main job of Café Shop Employee is to provide assistance to customers, up sell and ensure a high level of satisfaction among customers
>• The role also covers stocking shelves, handling inventory, managing cash points and providing suggestions to customers on what to choose
>• Create an outstanding customer experience throughout establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return
>
>• Assist the Café Shop Lead and department manager in achieving sales and profit goals established for the department, and control all established quality assurance standards
>
>Qualification Required & Experience
>
>• Languages English MUST, Russian preferable
>• Possessing exceptional customer service skills, motivation, positive attitude, smile
>• Knowledge of handling cash carefully
>• Essential culinary/bar experience
>• Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and
>appreciated by answering questions regarding sold products
>• Attentive and ability to follow oral and written instructions

>Location: Near Batumi (Transportation provided by Company)
