A multinational hospitality Saudi group in Dubai/UAE is looking for Receptionist / Secretaries to join the team in Dubai, responsibilities of the job include:

>-Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
>maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
>-Typing, preparing and collating reports
>-filing
>-organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
>-liaising with relevant organisations and clients
>-coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
>-logging or processing bills or expenses
>-acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
>
>Should have good command of English and willing to travel.
>
>Excellent package includes housing and transportation
>
>Interviews in Tbilisi between 23-26 September
