>Requirements:
>work experience 2+ years at similar position
>high education
>English language - upper-intermediate
>proactivity, communication, responsibility, organisational skills and stress resistance
>Responsibilities:
>recruitment Georgian people on vacancies to Croatia
>Maintain base of potential candidates
>communication about their work permit and all documents what they need
>advertising vacancies by different ways (job sites, advertising in newspapers, TV, etc.)
>interview with candidates (hard and soft skills)
>feedback to candidates
>organise their transfer from Georgia to Croatia
