Palace is located in the historical part of Tbilisi, Orbeliani Street
This part of the city was called “The Madatov Island” - the commercial and cultural center of old town. It was also a residence area of most successful citizens.
Building has almost two centuries history and used to belong to Grigol Orbeliani family, descendent of King Erekle the II.
In 2007 – 2009 building has been rebuilt, but main elements of the facade were retained .
Total area of five floors of the building is 3.012sq.m. (but actually in disposal of owner there are 3.552sq.m.).
There is also option to reconstruct the roof of the building and get additional 400sq.m.
There are 16 parking places in front of the building.
Building can be used as office, hotel, restaurant, night club, casino, etc.
