Looking for an investor for a clothing store in Georgia

I am looking for an investor to open an offline store in Georgia.
Investment amount 5000$
The store will sell luxury copies of popular brands (Really high-quality fake that is difficult to distinguish from the original)

I have 2 years experience in this business. I did this in Ukraine, before the start of the war. Now I have moved to Georgia and I want to open such a store in Tblisi.

There is very little competition, and there is simply no such quality.
There are many suppliers. Found a room. Selected assortment for sale. Found equipment for opening a store.

There are also many unique "chips" for the store.
