Renting Second floor of the house

Renting the second floor of the two floored house with a balcony and veranda. Second floor has two bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom. The room are well equipped with furniture and there is a central heating as well.The second floor is 70 square meter in total. The house is located in the center of Mtskheta near the church. In summer there will be the air conditioning.
This is a long term renting. We would like people who intent to stay minimum 1 month. Price can be arranged when you will call us. The housekeeper doesn't speak English, so we want to ask you kindly to make a call with somebody who speaks Georgian.
