Looking for beginner lessons in Russian

Hello, I am moving to Tbilisi at the start of July and am looking for Russian lessons, at the beginner level. I would prefer to have group lessons but depending on price I might be able to afford private lessons. I would prefer to meet multiple times a week if possible. Thank you.
