The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales achieving targets and can actively demonstrate the ability to build relationships with customers and meet our customers’ high service expectations.

>Actively promote EKA Properties services; included and not limited to Sales and Leasing
>Keep up-to-date with the UAE real estate market locally and Internationally
>Reporting on a daily basis to the Line Manager
>Participating in daily team meetings
>Managing a database of qualified sellers, and maintaining regular contact
>Actively seek business opportunities, properties and developments
>Contacting and answering calls of prospecting clients, professionally and politely
>Booking valuations
>Arranging viewings
>Negotiating offers
>Undertaking comprehensive marketing updates with sellers
>Working with conveyancer’s to complete sale transactions
