Duties
>1. Work is in retail sphere
>2. In new opened clothing store
>3. Liaising with clients in all areas of sales
>4. Client interaction is vital and sales assistants working with higher priced goods will need to provide a highly personalized approach
>5. Meeting set sales targets - this aspect of the work can be demanding
>6. Stocking, replenishing and cleaning sales areas
>7. Assisting with product selectionn
>8. Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
>9. Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control;
>10. Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits;
>11. Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development;
>12. Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met;
>13. Responding to customer complaints and comments;
>14. Attending and chairing meetings;
>15. Dealing with sales, as and when required.
>16. Excellent knowledge of Georgian, Russian, English
>17. Good appearance
