Duties
1. Work is in retail sphere
2. In new opened clothing store
3. Liaising with clients in all areas of sales
4. Client interaction is vital and sales assistants working with higher priced goods will need to provide a highly personalized approach
5. Meeting set sales targets - this aspect of the work can be demanding
6. Stocking, replenishing and cleaning sales areas
7. Assisting with product selectionn
8. Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
9. Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control;
10. Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits;
11. Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development;
12. Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met;
13. Responding to customer complaints and comments;
14. Attending and chairing meetings;
15. Dealing with sales, as and when required.
16. Excellent knowledge of Georgian, Russian, English
17. Good appearance
