LLC Termolit produces induction heating plants with a capacity of 50 kW to 1600 kW and a frequency of 0.5 kHz, 1 kHz, 2.4 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz.
Induction heating plants of the INU type are designed for through heating of billets of bars, pipes and other products under plastic deformation, for various technological purposes at engineering enterprises. Heated workpieces may have a circular or rectangular cross section. Size range: from O, 5 mm to 400 mm, square from 5 mm x 5 mm to 300 mm x Z00 mm.
The composition of the induction heating installation (INU) includes:
1. Thyristor frequency converter TFC;
2. Post heating INU;
3. The control panel and alarm CCP;
4. Spare parts for TFC;
5. Heat-exchange cabinet;
6. Set of mounting accessories;
7. A set of operational documentation.
