Renting out 28 square meters on Tarkhnishvili street 18/20, space is on the ground floor, it's semi basement with window coming out on the street, height of celling is 4.10 meters since bigger part of the apartment is underground it stays really cool in summer and relatively warm in winter, as stated above apartment has window and source of natural sunlight, even though its located really centrally street is calm and quite 10 min walk away from Metro Rustaveli, there is hot water/gas/internet ideally would like to rent it out for long term contract, some money from the rent can be used to renovate and repaint the apartment in case of few years rental.
